Individual Therapy
If you are new to therapy, welcome! Taking this step takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here. In individual therapy, we will meet one-on-one in a safe, confidential space to explore your concerns, goals, and growth. Sessions are available virtually through Google Meet or in person at my Buffalo Grove office.
I work with children, teens, and adults to strengthen self-worth, build confidence, and develop healthier, more secure relationships. Many clients find themselves being the “nice” one — saying yes, keeping the peace, and prioritizing others — while feeling overlooked, resentful, or disconnected. Meaningful change is possible.
Together, we explore how early experiences and attachment patterns shape how you show up today, especially in areas like boundaries, identity, and self-expression.
You’ll learn to take up space in a way that feels authentic and grounded, developing assertive communication, setting healthy boundaries, and aligning with your values. I also provide practical tools to support lasting change.
Couples/Family Therapy
In couples therapy, I meet with you and your partner in a safe, supportive space to explore concerns, goals, and ways to strengthen your relationship. Sessions are available virtually through Google Meet or in person at Buffalo Grove. I provide practical tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and better understand each other’s needs. Together, we work toward approaching challenges as “you and me vs. the problem,” rather than “you vs. me.”
In family therapy, I work with selected family members or the entire family to support open communication and healthy relationships. Sessions focus on mediating difficult conversations, strengthening connection, and improving overall family functioning through collaborative, skills-based work.
