    Individual Therapy

    Individual sessions out-of-pocket will cost $150 per hour. I offer a sliding scale and would be happy to discuss any special needs you may have. A Good Faith Estimate form will be provided prior to starting sessions. I’m in-network with BCBS PPO, United/Optum, Aetna, and Cigna.

    Couples/Family Therapy

    Couple/Family sessions out-of-pocket will cost $180 per hour. A sliding scale is also available. You may use insurance (BCBS PPO, United/Optum, Aetna, Cigna). Please fill out the contact form for a free consultation! I’ll answer any questions you have to the best of my ability.
